Abstract
This paper explores the impact of education and socio-economic empowerment on women's decision-making capabilities. It examines how educational attainment and economic resources influence women's roles in household and societal decision-making processes. Through a mixed-methods approach, including quantitative data analysis and qualitative interviews, the study finds a significant correlation between higher educational levels and greater socio-economic status with enhanced decision-making power for women. The findings highlight the importance of targeted educational and economic policies to foster gender equality.
