Abstract

This paper examines the role of motivation in influencing teacher effectiveness. Motivation, defined as the internal and external factors that drive individuals to pursue goals and tasks, plays a crucial role in the teaching profession. This study explores different types of motivation—intrinsic and extrinsic—and their impact on teacher performance, job satisfaction, and student outcomes.
