Abstract

The use of chitosan and its derivatives, which have antimicrobial, immunomodulating and phytoactive properties, is of great interest in the world, especially in the stabilization of macromolecular nanoparticles. In the present work, we have developed a technology for obtaining chitosan nanoascorbate Bombyx mori and determined the physicochemical properties using IR spectroscopic methods. A certain difference was established due to the shift of the absorption bands towards lower wave numbers from 1565 and 1530 cm-1, which indicates the formation of a donor-acceptor bond in the presence of chitosan amino groups with the enol group of ascorbic acid. UV spectroscopic studies of solutions of chitosan nanoparticles (CP chitosan) and chitosan nanoascorbate nanoparticles Bombyx mori (NP NACHZ) were carried out. Nitrogen and oxygen in the amino and acetamide groups are shifted to the long wavelength region due to the interaction of the chitosan amino group with the P=O group of sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP). The particle size of chitosan nanoascorbate Bombyx mori was estimated by electron microscopy. The obtained results confirm that the particle size of chitosan nanoascorbate is on average 50–100 nm. The antimicrobial properties of chitosan nanoascorbate against pathogens that cause diseases of wheat, cotton and soybeans have been determined.
