Financial Tools to Stimulate Widespread Use of Innovative Water-Saving Technologies in Agriculture of Uzbekistan

Abstract

The article presents scientifically based proposals and practical recommendations for improving the state system of economic support for the use of water-saving technologies in agriculture. It is proved that the introduction of water-saving technologies on a leasing basis, for example, with economic benefits and various preferences, can significantly reduce budget allocations for financing the introduction of drip irrigation technology.
